Cancellation policy

    • Our stores allow you to cancel an order within 7 days after purchase or before the order is shipped. After this period, cancellations may no longer be possible.

    • If you miss the cancellation you may be able to return or exchange the items within 7 days. The item usually needs to be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached.
  3. Refunds:
    • Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method the return is processed. In some cases, you may receive store credit instead of a refund.
  4. Personalized/Custom Orders:
    • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., clothing with embroidery, custom sizes) may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless the item is defective.
  5. Shipping Costs:
    • If you cancel an order after it has shipped, you may still be responsible for return shipping fees.
